About me

An ex-Square, ex-Microsoft engineer, Richard led Ant Group OSS from day 1 and developed the initiative into a cross-functional team covering governance, strategy, developer experience, product and growth efforts. We collaborate closely with 20+ internal teams to help their strategy, growth, tech community needs.
Richard has been studying and working for more than 5 years each in 4 different countries (Singapore, Canada, USA and China) with immensely cross-cultural collaboration experience.
